Shipping & Return Policy

Balanced Beauty Lover Skincare Shipping & Returns

Products purchased from Balanced Beauty Lover Skincare are available for pickup or shipping from our location or drop-ship items through Skin Script and Glymed+. All Face Reality products are currently only available for pickup. For information on when Face Reality products will be available to ship, please email us at [email protected].

BBL Skincare Returns

BBL Skincare does not accept returns for shipped items. All returns for drop-ship items are handled directly with Skin Script or Glymed+.

If a client or customer is not satisfied with a product purchased from the Balanced Beauty Lover Skincare location, you may return any unopened and undamaged products to Balanced Beauty Lover Skincare for credit or another product ten (10) days after receiving your order.

After ten (10) days, all product sales are considered final. Please note: We do not accept returns on masks, as these items are on final sale. The company reserves the right to refuse returns on products at any time.

Shipping Policy on Skin Script Retail

Skin Script will choose the most economical and efficient shipping method between UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Requests for a specific carrier are not guaranteed, but may include an additional shipping charge, if accommodated. Orders will only be shipped to addresses in the United States.

Standard Delivery

Skin Script offers free standard shipping on all orders of $49+. For orders totaling less than $49, there is a shipping cost of $7.00.

Expedited Delivery

Skin Script can offer expedited shipping service via UPS or FedEx, but is not responsible if the service level is not met by the carrier. The customer will be charged for the expedited shipping cost.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1 to 2 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment. Orders are typically delivered within 2 – 7 business days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.

Lost or Missing Orders

If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package, please:

  1. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further.
  2. Check with other staff members, if a business location.
  3. Check with neighbors and family members.
  4. Look around the delivery location.
  5. Check for notice of attempted delivery.

NOTE: Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, in order to determine proper resolution.

Return Policy

Skin Script’s wide variety of skincare products is suited for each skin type and condition. If a client (distributor or customer) is not satisfied with a product purchased from Skin Script, it is returnable for credit or for another product. Please note: We do not accept returns on Seasonal Enzymes and Masks as these items are final sale.

Please keep the following in mind when returning a product:

  • Skin Script must be advised of dissatisfaction with a product within 21 days of original purchase.
  • The actual product must be returned to Skin Script’s office within 2 months of the dissatisfaction for credit or exchange of another product.
  • Returned products must be at least 60% full.
  • The client will be responsible for postage or delivery charges of the returned product.
  • Skin Script will deliver the new, exchanged product free of delivery charges.

Return Policy for Glymed+ Retail

GlyMed Plus strives to provide the best customer service in the industry. Our return policies are simple and straightforward: If you have any questions about how to use your new GlyMed Plus products, or any concerns following your use of the products, contact Balanced Beauty Lover Skincare immediately. GlyMed Plus products are designed to be highly effective, and thus require the trained supervision, suggestion and guidance from a licensed skin care professional.

If after consulting with your skin care professional you wish to return the GlyMed Plus Product, call or email our customer service team within five (5) days of product delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), which is required for all returns. You help facilitate a smooth return process by working with our customer service team to set up and complete your return. Call us at +1 (800) 676-9667 or email us at [email protected].

You may return any unopened and undamaged products with an RMA during the five (5) days after receiving your order, for a full refund.

Opened products are also eligible for a full refund during this five (5) day period, but all opened products must be returned at the customer’s expense prior to the refund being processed. After five (5) days all product sales are considered final. The company reserves the right to refuse return on products at any time.

After the full or partial refund of a retail order, any revenue share payment made or due to the applicable REGEN Retail store related to the refunded product(s) will be credited against the professional’s account.
