Balanced Beauty Lover Skincare Shipping & Returns
Products purchased from Balanced Beauty Lover Skincare (BBL Skincare) are available for pickup or shipping from our location or drop-shipped through our product partners Skin Script, Face Reality, and Glymed+.
Free standard shipping is available for orders totaling $150 USD or more before taxes and shipping costs.
BBL Skincare will choose the most economical and efficient shipping method between UPS, USPS, and FedEx for standard, expedited, or express shipping. Requests for a specific carrier are not guaranteed but may include an additional shipping charge if accommodated. Orders will only be shipped to addresses in the United States.
BBL Skincare is not responsible if the service level is not met by the carrier.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1 to 2 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number for your shipment. Orders are typically delivered within:
- 5-8 Business Days – Standard Shipping
- 3-5 Business Days – Expedited Shipping
- 1-3 Business Days – Express Shipping
Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.
Lost or Missing Orders
If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package, please:
- Contact the carrier directly who can assist further.
- Check with other staff members, if a business location.
- Check with neighbors and family members.
- Look around the delivery location.
- Check for notice of attempted delivery.
NOTE: Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, in order to determine proper resolution.
BBL Skincare Returns
If a client or customer is unsatisfied with a product purchased from BBL Skincare, you may return any unopened and undamaged products to BBL Skincare for credit or another product five (5) days after receiving your order.
Please keep the following in mind when returning a product:
- BBL Skincare must be advised of dissatisfaction with a product within 5 days of product delivery.
- The actual product must be returned to BBL Skincare’s location within 10 days of the dissatisfaction for credit or exchange of another product.
- Returned products must be at least 70% full.
- The client will be responsible for postage or delivery charges for the returned product.
- BBL Skincare will deliver the new, exchanged product free of delivery charges.
After ten (10) days, all product sales are considered final. Please note: We do not accept returns on digital items and masks, as these items are on final sale. The company reserves the right to refuse returns on products at any time.
