An email will be sent to you confirming your purchase. Once you have completed your first consultation call, you will be emailed a form to request dates and times for your next four (4) video calls.
**All consultations are non-refundable. Failure to complete the client consultation form 24 hours in advance of the appointment time and date will result in the appointment being canceled and rescheduled for a future date a minimum of two (2) days after the form has been completed, and dependent upon schedule availability. If you are under 18 years of age, you MUST obtain permission from a legal parent or guardian. Teen skin consultation requests can be emailed to [email protected].
